Our history:

We started as a local family-owned appliance repair company in Chicago with just 2 technicians and we wanted to find a solution to the problem the appliance repair industry was struggling with, its inability to do same day appliance repair.

Local customers who needed repair had to wait a long time sometimes 4, 5 days or even a week for a technician to show up just to find out he needed a part which he or she had to order.

Customers had to wait another week or two for the part to arrive which we believe is unacceptable. Our company filled that gap by offering customers same day service or in some instances next day service if the call comes later in the day or sometimes after normal business hours.
