Do you do a haul-away for the old machine?

Yes, we can do a haul-away. We will install the new washer and pick up the old one for recycling for a fee.

Do I need to purchase any additional parts for my installation?

If all necessary parts do not come with your appliance, the technician will get the right parts needed for your installation and inform you in advance about the cost, so you know ahead of time what the cost will be.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept checks, credit cards, Zelle and Venmo.

Do you offer financing?

We do offer financing through a third-party bank.

Can you make changes to the space to fit the new dishwasher?

We do not perform any space modifications. If you need to change the space or perform any modifications to it, you will need to consult a remodeling company.

Do you do plumbing as well?

No, we do not do any plumbing work, just like plumbers do not do appliance repair. But if your install requires a plumber we will be more than happy to suggest a couple companies that we know and trust.

How much warranty do you provide for your installation?

Our installation service comes with a 90-day warranty on labor. Warranty on parts lies with the specific manufacturer.

What if an issue comes up during the 90-day warranty, how soon can you send a technician?

Same day or next day depending on when we receive your call.
