Because we receive a large number of donations which we use in preparing most of our meals from “scratch”, and because we also have to preserve what we have and share it with other charities, we have a large kitchen with all sorts of refrigeration….-pass-troughs, stand up freezers, chest freezers, walk in coolers (4) walk in freezers, and an ice machine. We have worked with Chicagoland Appliance Repair for over three years, and I can count on them to know whatever piece of equipment they are called for, have the ability to diagnose the problem, give us a specific quote, find the needed parts as quickly as possible, and come in when called, not days later. They will come on weekends, evenings, and when needed, and I can count on their professionalism which they blend with courtesy and communication. If work is not done in one service call, they explain the difficulty and return as quickly as they are able to complete the job. I am more than satisfied with their response time, the quality of their technicians, and the integrity of their billing practices.

I posted my first review approximately six months ago. Since then, we have used their service at least three more times. I continue to have the same appreciation, respect, and satisfaction with the services provided. The service providers stick to the job until it is done, even if multiple trips are needed to assure that everything is working properly. I continue to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Arlington Heights Appliance Repair were super responsive and quick to get someone out to help us with our washer.
They wanted to schedule me the same day, but I said no I am not available until the next day. The tech was able to come out the following day, diagnose and repair our LG washer on the spot and left the area clean and tidy.
